ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
It depends on what you ordered!
Paint, Stamps, Transfers, DIY Supplies & Vintage Finds
These items ship directly from me in 3–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Allow extra time during sales and new releases!
Apparel & POD Items
Every apparel item is printed just for you after your order is placed! Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Once your order ships you'll receive tracking information at the email used at checkout.
Digital Downloads
Delivered instantly via email after purchase! Don't see it? Check your spam folder first. 📧
How long does shipping take?
Paint, Stamps, Transfers, DIY Supplies & Vintage Finds
- 48 contiguous states: $12 flat rate, 3–5 business days
- Hawaii and Alaska: $15 flat rate, allow extra time
Apparel & POD Items
- United States: 2–5 business days after production
- International: Not available at this time
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside my control.
🌡️ Cold Weather Notice: If you're ordering Dixie Belle paint during cold weather months, please track your package and bring it inside promptly. I'm not able to replace paint or liquid items that have frozen.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

For apparel and POD items, if your order has not gone into production yet I'll do my best to update it. For all other orders reach out as soon as possible and I'll do what I can!
Please note: I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to sender, shipping costs will not be refunded.
My package says delivered but I don't have it. What should I do?
First, check with neighbors, household members, your mailbox, and any safe spots around your door. Then contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Please review all photos and product details carefully before purchasing — I want you to love what you ordered! 💛
Apparel & POD Items
Because every apparel item is made to order just for you, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, wrong color choice, or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering!
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact me at shelleywipper@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and I'll make it right!
Can I cancel my order?
Apparel & POD orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase as production can begin quickly. Email me immediately at shelleywipper@gmail.com — I cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been submitted for production.
All other orders: Please reach out as soon as possible and I'll do my best to help!
PRODUCTS & SIZING
What size should I order?
Please check the sizing chart listed on each product page before ordering! For a more relaxed, oversized fit many customers prefer sizing up. For a more fitted look choose your usual size. 😊
How should I care for my apparel?
To keep your tee looking its best:
- Wash inside out
- Use cold water
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron directly over the design
Do you offer custom orders?
At this time I do not offer custom orders for apparel or POD items as each design is part of a curated collection.

How do I access my digital download?
Digital files are delivered instantly via email after purchase. If you don't see it right away please check your spam or junk folder! If you still can't find it email me at shelleywipper@gmail.com and I'll get it sorted out for you.
