SHIPPING

Items will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Most orders are shipped in 3-5 Business Days. Believe me, it's worth the wait! You can expect longer shipping time around sales and new releases.

$12 flat rate shipping to the 48 contiguous states (excludes Hawaii and Alaska.) $15 flat rate shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

If you provide the incorrect mailing address and your items are returned to sender, you will not be refunded the shipping amount. Please make sure your mailing address is correct

IMPORTANT COLD WEATHER MONTHS: If ordering Dixie Belle paint, I go to great lengths to avoid frozen paint when shipping during the cold weather months. If you live in a cold climate, be aware of this as it may delay your paint shipping.

Also, If you live in an area with below freezing temperatures, make sure you are tracking your packages and bringing them inside promptly. We will not replace paint or liquid items for freezing.

RETURNS

NO RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I cannot issue refunds, exchanges, etc. Please make sure you have looked at all the photos and the item is exactly what you want before purchasing.

DAMAGES

We do not accept returns of any kind.

If you receive a damaged item please submit a claim with the carrier and follow their claim instructions. You can also contact myself via email shelleywipper@gmail.com and this must be done within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. 

In order to submit a claim with the post office you need to leave all items as is in the box and take up to 7 photos. 3 on the outside, 1 on the inside with product still inside, and 2 of the items, and 1 of shipping label. They will also need to pickup the box and items for inspection. 

If an item is sent back for any reason you are responsible for the shipping.
